Requirements:
– Proven experience with the WhatsApp Business platform.
– Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business API and integration techniques.
– Experience in setting up multi-user access and management on WhatsApp Business.
– Familiarity with CRM integration and other business tools.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
