**The Role**:
As our Website UX Manager, you’ll be pivotal in redesigning and managing our website to provide an optimal user experience. Your role will directly impact customer engagement, satisfaction, and overall business performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
– Lead the redesign and continuous improvement of our website to enhance user experience.
– Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze website performance data to guide UX decisions.
– Collaborate with marketing, IT, and design teams to ensure website alignment with business goals and brand identity.
– Develop and implement strategies to improve website navigation, content, and overall design, including landing page A/B testing.
– Regularly report on UX metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:
– Minimum of 7 years of experience in website UX design and management, preferably in the e-commerce or health and nutrition industry.
– Proven track record of successfully managing website projects that have enhanced user experience and business outcomes.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in user testing and performance analysis.
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
