We need milestone-based proposals, anyone who is interested should submit a well-organized proposal with deliverable chunks of milestones with a time frame for delivery, and cost for each delivery.
Objective:  To create a new website for One Planet Media

1. Elements of the site:
• The website will have 7 main pages and as many as 10 subpages
o All pages should be editable with primarily static content
• Some of the dynamic content elements will be:
• Content Hub
• Community Page
• Donate/Support
• Blog
• Program Schedule
• There will be a search feature
• There will be video content
2. Customizable
• We need to have the full source code of the website for so that we can make changes to the structure and content as needed
o Architectural customization

o Layout customization
• There should be a user-friendly interface to update the dynamic content
of Content Hub, Community page, Donate/support page, and Blog
3. Modules: The site should have the following forms online
• Job Application Form; Applicants can apply for jobs online, by filling out the form and submitting their resumes. The application and resume will sent to the HR department through email. And applicant will receive a confirmation email.
3. Responsiveness and adaptive
• The website should be responsive to different devices, cell phones, tablets, and computers.
• The website should be adaptive based on the screen size.
• The website should be adaptive for landscaping and portrait.
4. Content Update
• We need a simple way of content updates like news, blog, program schedule, jobs…

Without full access to the admin, the above elements have to be updated.
• Pictures, videos, and slides should be displayed without distortion.
5. Certification
• Must have a digital certificate, HTTPS standard website.
6. Social media link
• The website will have social media link buttons
7. Resource downloads center
• We will have some downloadable resources, like agreements, articles, and videos. These will be uploaded by the admin.
8. Fast loading time
• We need to have a minimum of a B-grade website according to the GTmatrix website performance test.
9. Record number of visitors
• The website should have some statistical information such as how many visitors visited our website.
10. The website will have one main admin who manages all activities, and there are specialized sub-admins:
• Blog, News, Reviews, and calendar manager.
