I’m seeking an experienced, talented, creative and modern web developer to build my website on wordpress.

Here’s what I need:

I am sharing a couple of websites that I am interested to use (both contents) as reference points – (I AM NOT LOOKING FOR IDENTICAL DEISGN – WOW Me!):
1. Home Loan Focus – https://organichomeloans.com.au/home-loans. Contents usage: up to 95%. I like to use similar pages, layout formatting and contents – please note all calculators will be derived from third party https://www.visionabacus.net/w/ACalcList with custom branding using our logo – PLEASE STUDY THIS WEBSITE AND ITS FUNCTIONALITY THOUROGHLY BEFORE YOUR REPLY.   
2. Commercial Focus – https://www.simplicity.net.au/ I like mostly the contents. but we could use the pre-qualifier questionnaire of what the browser wants according to the above home loan style (tiles). Contents Usage: 80-90%.
3. Other stand out website: https://bespokefinancialadvisory.com.au/
4. Link the clients’ information SECURLEY collected from the browsing customers into my CRM using pre-developed open API – https://wiki.connective.com.au/en/articles/633-getting-started-with-mercury-api
5. May add 1-3 short videos promos + prepare for optimum SEO+ https://calendly.com/ + Google Office location etc.

Please note:
– ALL API’s are developed by third party. I need someone who can link it securely.
– Development of a pre-qualifier questionnaire. This feature will gather data from potential clients and be dumped into my OPEN API CRM (no development is required only linking).
The ideal candidate will have:
– Will provide support for 3 months after launch
– Send me sample of your work
– Proven experience with WordPress and its customization.
– Strong background in working with financial APIs.
– A portfolio showcasing the business he worked on
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
