We are looking for a talented and experienced Website Design and Development Specialist to join our team and help enhance our website. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design and development, with a focus on creating engaging and user-friendly websites that encourage visitors to stay and explore.
Responsibilities:
• Website Design: Enhance and edit existing website design to improve user experience and engagement.
• Website Development: Develop and maintain website features, ensuring they are functional, user-friendly, and align with our brand.
• Header Maintenance: Maintain and optimize the website header for better navigation and user interaction.
• User Experience (UX): Implement strategies to improve user engagement and retention on the website.
• Responsive Design: Ensure the website is fully responsive and optimized for various devices and browsers.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize website performance for faster loading times and better overall user experience.
• Content Management: Assist with updating and managing website content as needed.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
• Experience: Proven experience in web design and development, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development languages and frameworks.
• Design Tools: Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality web experiences.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience working on e-commerce or content-driven websites.
• Additional Skills: Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and experience with web analytics tools.
