Create a simple website with a landing page, a page for our services and a contact us page. The company is into publishing. A basic design would be similar to:

Not fussed about the system used to implement it, but needs to be standard CMS that we can take over (WordPress, Drupal).  Will be deployed to GoDaddy.

Would expect bidder to share portfolio.
