The project involves the implementation of a comprehensive Content Management System (CMS) that will streamline content creation, editing, and publication across multiple city departments. This website serves as a central hub for various services and information.

Project Scope:

CMS Implementation:
– Develop and implement a user-friendly CMS that supports easy content creation, editing, and management.
– The CMS should feature graphical user interfaces and tools to facilitate the publishing process without requiring extensive coding knowledge.

Website Redesign:
– Collaborate with the project team and Public Information Officers to redesign the website’s aesthetics, workflows, and functionality.
The redesign will cover a minimum of 16 city departments, ensuring a consistent and cohesive user experience across all sections.

Development and Maintenance:
– Set up a development site for testing and modifications, minimizing disruption to users during the transition.
– Ensure a smooth transfer of content and functionality to the final live site, with comprehensive database backup and maintenance support.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in CMS implementation and website redesign projects.
– Strong understanding of web development and design principles.
– Excellent collaboration skills to work with a diverse project team.
– Ability to provide ongoing maintenance and support post-implementation.
