Introduction:
We’re seeking proposals from experienced web development agencies capable of building and deploying a dynamic content platform in Webflow, for which we already have full UI/UX designed. Content and user management are central features of the platform we’re looking to configure.

Project Overview:

• The platform will feature a differentiated user experience for logged-in and logged-out states, personalized content delivery, robust content management functionalities, and administrative tools for user and content oversight.

Scope of Work:

• Design and develop a fully responsive website optimized for all devices and browsers in Webflow.
• Configure secure login mechanisms and personalized user experiences utilizing 3rd party integration like MemberStack.
• Provide a user-friendly content management system templates for EMFI admins that requires no coding.
• Offer ongoing support and maintenance post-launch.

Platform Requirements:
User Experience:

• Scrolly-telling UI for storytelling elements below the fold on the homepage that include custom interactive animations.
• Dynamic, sortable, and filterable content displays on logged-in homepages.

Content Management:

• Easy publication and management of multimedia content (text, images, videos).
• Content gating based on user status and membership level.

Administrative Tools:

• Comprehensive dashboard for user and content analytics.
• Tools for user access management and content moderation.

Technical Specifications:
General Development:

• Responsive web design using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Secure authentication and user data protection measures.
Specific Platform Skills:
• Customization of membership levels and access controls.
• Integration of email marketing tools within Kajabi.
• Advanced design customization using Webflow’s visual editor and custom code.
• Development and implementation of interactive elements and animations.

Security and Compliance:

• Implementation of standard web security protocols.
• Preparation for potential future compliance requirements.

Proposal Requirements:
Agencies must submit:

• An outline of their approach including what technology stack they recommend, outlining potential benefits and limitations for our project.
• Case studies or examples of previous projects relevant to what we’re building.
• Proposed project timeline and milestone breakdown.
• Cost estimates including setup, customization, and maintenance.
• This submission can come after we meet and provide any other details you require to produce a proposal.

Vendor Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in Webflow.
• Portfolio of similar projects, especially those involving content management and user personalization.
