Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain our website using Webflow, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Design and implement UX/UI improvements to optimize user experience and maximize conversion rates.
Conduct A/B tests to validate design choices and improve website effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align website design with content marketing strategies.
Ensure SEO best practices are implemented in the website’s design and structure.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Webflow design and functionality.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Webflow developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles and a track record in creating user-centric web designs.
Experience in conducting A/B testing and implementing conversion rate optimization strategies.
Familiarity with SEO principles and how they apply to website design.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$35.00
