Essentially, there will be a landing page, which is relatively standard with 1-2 subpages that won’t be too complex. I think we can base it on templates and avoid heavy animations. This page should have a multi-step form to fill out, similar to the one on this site: Gutachten Profis.

So, the user will either have a regular contact form or the option to make a proper request. This will include the ability to upload images/documents, normal text input fields, and choose a date. Overall, there will be three steps with about 20 questions.

We can all do this on Webflow, but now comes the dashboard part where we need your help! After completing this process, as discussed, the user should be directed to the USER dashboard (I does not have to work automatically!)
An example of what this might look like (not final, just an example):

On this dashboard, the user should be able to see their ongoing orders, their status, and all completed orders. When clicking on an order, there should be something like a progress bar showing the latest status and all entered values. An example is shown here:

The user should also be able to edit their profile, with basic features like changing their name or password.

Then we want to build two additional dashboards for our partners: one for assessors and one for lawyers.

This dashboard should have the same basic functions, like being able to see assigned requests, view completed applications, and have an overview when looking at the details of an order. In this overview, the partner should also see a data summary, but instead of a progress bar, there will be checkmarks to mark off steps. Here’s how the two partner dashboards differ:

The assessor’s checklist: Contacted the customer, met with the customer, created the assessment, and sent the assessment to the traffic lawyer.

The lawyer’s checklist: Contacted the customer, arranged an on-site appointment, met the customer, had the initial meeting, received the assessment from the assessor, sent the assessment to the insurance company, received a response from the insurance company after the assessment, the opposing insurance company accepts liability, payment made, payment received.

How should this work? (Here’s my vision, but I’m very interested in hearing your suggestions or optimizations!)

First, we want customers to submit requests through the form, which I think is relatively straightforward. Then we want to grant users access via email to their dashboard (Is it possible to do this automatically as in the example above? So that they land directly in the dashboard after creating a request).

We also want to give our partners access to their dashboard, depending on their role, either an assessor or a lawyer.

Then we will manually assign requests to specific partners, im not sure how we will do that – I think than we also need an Admin dashboard. In the End we will have for example 10 Request and we want to select the Request 1,2,4 to the Partner 1 and the Request 3,5,6 to the Partner 2 for example

Partners should then see the assigned requests in their dashboard. For example, Partner 1 should see requests with ID 3, 4, 5 in their dashboard. The partner should be able to go to request ID 3 and check off their internal checklist steps.

Then we want to have a connection between the User and his Request with the ID 1 for exmaple and the partner which got the request assigned. So that if the Laywer or the assessor will check any step on there dashboard that than the progress bar shows the next steps and that also the user will see it automatically.

This is just a quick brief – if you want to call we can also easily do that where I can exaplein that to you in more detail!

That’s basically it – Thank you for your time!
