Description:
We are looking for a skilled web developer to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS, and will be proficient in integrating APIs to build seamless and efficient user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

    Design and develop user interfaces using React and Next.js
    Apply Tailwind CSS to create responsive, visually appealing layouts
    Integrate with various backend APIs to ensure smooth data flow and interaction within the application
    Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
    Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality
    Collaborate with the design and backend teams to align development efforts
    Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Required Skills and Experience:

    Strong proficiency in React and Next.js
    Extensive experience with Tailwind CSS
    Proven ability to integrate and work with RESTful APIs
    Experience translating design wireframes and mockups into high-quality code
    Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
    Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Desirable Qualifications:

    Experience in performance tuning and optimization of React applications
    Familiarity with basic DevOps practices and tools, particularly in code pipeline management
    Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring applications adhere to them
    Knowledge of web accessibility standards and practices
    Experience with cloud-based environments, preferably AWS

Hourly Range: $15.00-$25.00
