We are seeking a skilled web developer to build a HIPAA-compliant web portal where clients can log in to view their test results. The ideal candidate will be able to recreate a similar layout to an existing design and ensure that the portal meets all HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities:

Develop a secure web portal that allows clients to log in and view their test results.
Ensure the web portal is HIPAA-compliant.
Recreate an existing layout while incorporating new functionalities.
Implement a feature where users can fill out an online form, send in a swab, and receive their test results through the portal.
Provide recommendations to users based on their results.
Complete the project within 4-6 weeks.
Requirements:

Proven experience in web development with a focus on secure, client-facing portals.
Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience in developing HIPAA-compliant applications.
Ability to recreate and enhance existing web layouts.
Excellent communication skills to understand and implement project requirements.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
