Our team worked to build a mobile platform that is focused on nonprofit charitable giving. The app is fully built by a development team but now we need a person/team to help fix bugs and work on maintenance. Bugs from content fixes to improving the speed & build of the app. Additionally, to be able to do upgrades. On the mobile app side, there is an android app and iOS app. I believe this would be ongoing, even with potential future building. We are just starting to grow, so need the platform to be able to scale up to handle it. Communication wise, I would expect timely responses and fixes. Especially if we have a critical issue.
