We are seeking an experienced Generative AI expert with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform/Power Automate to develop a solution for an accounting client.

Project Overview:
Our client has a small team of accountants who need to produce detailed long-form responses to a questionnaire, which will then be used to generate a "Summary of Situation/Report."    1) data is taken from Pipedrive to form 2) accountant completes responses in form 3) Generative AI is used to help prompt the accountant to answer questions more thoroughly/accurately + provides suggested responses.

Current Challenges:
– Inconsistent quality and thoroughness of reports due to varying levels of experience among accountants.
– Significant time spent by senior accountants correcting reports.

Project Requirements:
– Integration: Transfer starting data (such as company name and business name) from Pipedrive into the questionnaire. Accountants will then provide detailed responses in the user form.
– User Form: Implement a user-friendly and dynamic form, ideally using Microsoft Forms, for accountants to answer questions.
– Generative AI: Use AI to prompt and assist accountants in answering questions, leveraging the expertise of senior accountants to improve response quality.
– Report Generation:Compile the submitted responses into a report format

Technical Preferences:
– The client has a Microsoft Power Automate subscription and experience with RPA projects.
–  We are open to using RPA, Zapier, or other integration tools.
– Willing to use ChatGPT-4 APITokens for API integration, provided the solution is secure and data is siloed.

Requirements for the Role:
– Expertise in Generative AI and solution architecture.
– Strong familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and integration tools.
– Experience ensuring data security and siloing in AI solutions.
