Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Web Developer with a strong background in WordPress and expertise in the Flatsome theme.
Your primary role will be to develop, maintain, and optimize our webshops, ensuring high performance, seamless functionality, and an exceptional user experience. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any website issues, maintaining a bug-free environment, and ensuring our web properties are always operating at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities:
WordPress Development: Develop and maintain websites using WordPress and the Flatsome theme.
Website Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain website content and functionality.
Performance Optimization: Ensure high-speed loading and optimal performance of all web properties.
Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and fix website issues and bugs.
User Experience: Enhance the user interface and user experience (UI/UX) for optimal performance and visitor engagement.
Security: Implement and maintain website security measures.
SEO Best Practices: Ensure website optimization in line with SEO best practices.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
Innovation and Improvement: Continuously assess and implement new technologies and tools for website enhancement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive and consistent brand representation.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer.
Strong understanding of WordPress and experience with the Flatsome theme.
Expertise in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
Experience with website optimization for speed and performance.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred.
Hourly Range: $5.00-$10.00
