I am looking for a developer that create a template based on the information on the Magnifeye site, that will allow me to provide urls or code to be able to add additional states.

I would like the main page to allow a user to choose from the
Cameras, road sign  messages.

A developer would provide code to provide the list of cameras, sign mesages and sensors that the user can choose from

Additionally a developer would provide links to the other information.

I would like a script to be made to enter in the information for each city/area
