Project Name: Prialto Member Dashboard

Project Overview: We are developing an online portal to facilitate secure information transfer between Prialto and its clients. This platform will cater to our existing clients and their Points of Contact (business executives), ensuring seamless and secure exchange of utilization data, billing information, and passwords.

Target Audience: Existing Prialto clients and Points of Contact (business executives)

Problem Statement: We require a secure platform to transfer information between clients and Prialto, including utilization data, billing, and passwords.

2. Features and Scope

Core Features:

PDF Upload/Download: Ability for members to upload and download utilization data in PDF format.
QuickBooks Integration: Ability to input payment details and view invoices directly through QuickBooks.
Secure Password Sharing: Secure platform for sharing passwords and sensitive information.
Out of Scope Features:

Features not mentioned in the core requirements (to be discussed during project scoping).

3. User Stories

As a member, I want to share my passwords securely, so that my PA has access to my accounts.
As a Point of Contact, I want to view utilization data, so that I can make informed decisions about the required units.
As an accountant, I want to enter my billing information, so that I can easily manage and pay for services.
As a Prialto employee, I want to upload utilization reports and securely access billing and password information, ensuring proper service.

4. Design and User Experience

Wireframes are attached for reference.

User Flow:

Member/POC logs in with a secure password.
The user is directed to the ‘Dashboard’ with tabs for Billing, Utilization, and Password Sharing.
Billing: Area to download past invoices and enter credit card or ACH information.
Utilization: Area to view and download past utilization reports (PDFs).
Password Sharing: Secure area to enter passwords and other credentials (e.g., credit card or passport numbers).
Prialto Employee Access:

Prialto employees must have the ability to upload utilization report PDFs and access secure billing and password information.

5. Technical Requirements

– Platform: Hosted in HubSpot
– Technology Stack: Integration with QuickBooks, secure password sharing system, file upload/download capabilities.
– APIs and Integrations: QuickBooks API integration

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in web development, particularly with secure data handling.
– Familiarity with HubSpot, QuickBooks integration, and secure password sharing systems.
– Ability to develop user-friendly interfaces based on provided wireframes.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the project team.
