We are a rapidly growing investment firm, Success 360 Global, seeking an exceptionally talented Web Developer to build a website inspired by the functionality and aesthetic of the Bridgewater Associates website. This project involves creating a sleek, professional, and highly functional website that reflects our firm’s prominence in the investment industry.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop a responsive, user-friendly website that mirrors the sophistication of Bridgewater Associates.
• Ensure the site is optimized for various devices and platforms, with fast load times and a clean, error-free codebase.
• Implement security best practices to protect site data and maintain privacy.
• Collaborate with our team to understand specific design and functionality requirements.
• Regularly update the team on progress through virtual meetings and detailed reports.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging before deployment.
• Provide post-launch support and maintenance, with the ability to make adjustments based on user feedback.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in web development, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects, especially in corporate or financial services.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of web development best practices and SEO optimization.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills for clear, effective collaboration.

Compensation:
• Starting hourly rate: $3 USD (negotiable based on experience and portfolio quality).
• This is a freelance position with the potential for ongoing maintenance work and rate adjustments based on performance and project needs.

• Finalists will participate in a Zoom interview with the company director to discuss detailed project expectations and alignment with company goals.
