Key Responsibilities

• Web Integration: Manage the integration, modification and updating of websites on WordPress, ensuring their performance and compatibility on different devices.
• Automation: Set up and manage automations via Make and Pipedream to optimize internal processes and those of our partners.
• Tool configuration: Install and configure communication and monitoring tools such as VideoAsk and Twilio, ensuring their seamless integration into our systems.
• Tracking: Track and analyze performance via GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, TikTok Pixel and provide detailed reports to improve marketing strategies.
• Hosting management: Administer web hosting and domain names, guaranteeing security, speed and accessibility.
• Technical Support: Respond to technical support tickets, offering solutions quickly and efficiently to the problems encountered.
• Technical QA: Perform regular tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our web solutions.
• Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers, including configuration of email boxes, devices, and offer training on various topics related to our services.
• Creation of email boxes: Configure and manage email boxes for our partners and customers, ensuring their safety and efficiency.

Required skills and qualifications

• Web development experience: Strong experience in web development, including with WordPress.
• Knowledge of automation: Mastery of Make, Pipedream or similar tools.
• Tracking and analysis skills: Familiarity with GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
• Hosting management: Experience in managing web hosting and website names domain.
• Technical support: Ability to provide effective technical support and resolve issues problems quickly.
• Quality assurance: Competence in carrying out technical QA to guarantee the performance of the solutions delivered.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Training and support: Ability to train and assist customers on various aspects of techniques.
• Languages: English. Knowledge of French is a BIG plus.
• Personal qualities: Proactivity, autonomy, ability to adapt, and team spirit are essential for this role.
