Add the next features:
1) Automation:
a) Flow – drag & drop flow builder – The UI must be amazing – look Manychat.
b) Flow Triggers: custom field change, date arrived, contact added by API, Shopify new order (Get the client name, phone, order number, total cost order and option to add the message template), shipping tracking added (get the tracking number and option to add this to message template), Shopify status change to arrive, new message from client (welcome message) and all the triggers in Manychat.
c) Actions: Delay, assign to agent, notify by WhatsApp to specific number, mark chat as closed, mark chat as open, and all the action in Manychat,
2) Way to connect Shopify:
a) Settings – Shopify – Click to connect – direct to Shopify login page  
3) Packages:
a) I need the option to give someone free package that not visible to everyone with time limit.
b) I need the option to remove Shopify feature for some of the packages.
c) I need the option to limit the agents for each package.
d) Free package the I choose if the need to enter payment method and the billing is automatic after X time that I choose.
4) Optional Affiliate program
a) Choose how much % I’ll give each one and regular
b) I choose if it’s one-time payment or monthly payment if the user still active and pay.
c) I need price offer with the affiliate system and without.
