We are seeking a talented and experienced web designer and developer to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Webflow, Figma, and After Effects to create modern and visually stunning websites. This position requires expertise in both design and development, with a focus on creating interactive UI mockups, animations, and visual content for our website.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our team to conceptualize and design a modern website for our financial software company.
Use Figma to create visual UI mockups and design assets for the website.
Develop responsive and user-friendly web pages using Webflow.
Create custom animations and interactive elements using After Effects and Lottie.
Optimize website performance and ensure compatibility across various browsers and devices.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to iterate and improve the website design and functionality.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a web designer and developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
Proficiency in Webflow, Figma, and After Effects.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
Experience with Lottie animations and other animation libraries is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
