2. Consultation of the design of the website based on client and customer needs
3. Building the website or amending the existing, analysis outcome dependant.
Things to note.
a. The main reason for the redesign is to help improve customer experience, increase sales, and create time efficiencies for my client.
b. A quatitative anaylsis of current website performance will need to be done
c. consultation is required and cost benefit analysis so we know if to re-design or re-build
d. The redesign/build will need to include creating an online school and student area
e. the product and service purchase and delivery process will need improving
e. A reasonable project plan is requested including SOW, milestones, timelines, R&Rs.

I would like to see examples, case studies, references of work of a similar nature previously done.
