– This is intended to be an automation tool, which will substitute the human with a function of news content manager.
– You can think of it as of CMS tool with AI-based processing engine used for news feed generation.
– A web-based tool which will be used for automatic collection of the relevant news from various web resources, it’s rewriting and publishing at own web site acting as thematic news aggregator.

Authentication and authorization
– Web based tool should be allocated in the protected site space. Only authorized users should be able to access that.
– Sign-up, Log in and password reset functions should be implemented.

Design
– Design should take into account best industry practices and be communicated with requester to consider user experience.

Management menu
Keywords: It should be possible to set up the list of search keywords, which will be used for finding the relevant news.
Sources: It should be possible to select/indicate web resources/RSS feeds where from the news should be taken from.
Selection criteria: It should be possible to filter out (e.g. limit the size) the articles which are supposed to be collected for analysis.
Destinations: It should be possible to define the destination URLs where the resulting news should be published.
Time of search: It should be possible to define the preferred time and periodicity when the news should be collected.
Time of publishing: It should be possible to define the preferred time and periodicity of publishing.
User having administrator role should be able to manage another user accounts.

Workflow
1 – The user profile is filled-in (keywords, sources, selection criteria, destinations, time of search, time of publishing)
2 – Based on pre-defined keywords, crawling of the pre-defined sources web pages/RSS feeds is done. All the discovered articles are downloaded. Either API call or parsing methods can be used.
3 – AI processing of the downloaded articles is performed. Namely, – relevance index is calculated; – rewriting of the article is made; – summary of the article is generated.
4 – User should be able to approve publishing based on the calculated relevance index or based on his own preferences.
5 – User should be able to manually add his own articles into resulting feed.
6 – The approved original articles OR article re-writes OR article summary (right option should be selected) are published in the indicated destinations at the pre-defined time of publishing.
7 – Publishings are also automatically supplemented with relevant images (photos) and references to original sources where articles were taken from.
8 – User should be able to edit the header/body text/image/reference of the published materials or remove selected publishings.

Testing
There has to be demonstrated proof of concept first. Final revision of developed tool should be functionally tested based on a couple of provided thematic areas.

Security
The tool should be implemented in secure way and to be proved by security testing as vulnerability-free.
