Corporate Relocation New Hire Tracking and Expense Reimbursement
 
Required Information for WEB based software

Need login for our Client(s) different login for different clients and they only see their New Hires (employees)
Need Login for our company Relocation To San Antonio
Need Login for Moving Company
Need Login for Title Company

What is tracked:
 
House Hunting Trip – 3 nights, 4 days.  Includes flights for new hire and spouse, hotel, rental car, reimbursement of meals and misc. expenses (parking fees, luggage fees, etc.)
Relocation of Household Goods – National moving company, up to 18,000 lbs., moving one vehicle, up to 60 days storage for household goods
Relocation of Immediate Family – Flights for family (if needed), or reimbursement of mileage and hotel (minimum of 400 miles per day), up to 5 days, 4 nights hotel, rental car (if needed), reimbursement of meals
 
 
Ideally, we would like a strong technological aspect (interactive portals) for both the new hire’s use and Our Client’s use.  

From the new hire’s perspective, we would like to provide them with access to a portal where they could communicate with the moving company (setting up move dates, make changes to dates, POC contact info, request exceptions, etc.), access real estate information and realtor contact info for their current home (example in Denver, CO and their new Home in San Antonio). 
 
From Our Client(s) perspective, we would need access to check status of new hires move, any requests they’ve made, pertinent dates, etc. 

Hourly Range: $25.00-$50.00
