We are a CPG company seeking a skilled developer to prototype a internal, Python-backed web application for our forecasting needs.   This is a fairly simple, one-page application. At least to start.

We have data engineers and developers on staff but we don’t have the right expertise to design this application.  We’re looking for someone knowledgable and senior that can stand it up, and give us ongoing direction as we maintain and build new features.

The primary function of the app is to let users input and manipulate various forecast scenarios in a hierarchical table, across different levels such as market, brand, and SKU.  The attached sketch shows what the hierarchical input table looks like.

Users will need to load existing forecasts queried from Snowflake, then manipulate the numbers and "save as" into a new set of records in snowflake.

The primary challenge is to allow users to edit aggregated levels (like Market) and automatically disaggregate these changes to the child records according to specific logic.  Ideally much of the logic is in python and/or javascript.

We’d like someone to build a prototype that we can iterate through together.  

Hourly Range: $35.00-$100.00
