We are seeking a skilled Web and Graphic Designer to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites and graphic content.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating engaging visual experiences.

This role requires collaboration with our marketing and content teams to ensure our clients brand’s visual identity is cohesive and impactful.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

– Design and develop responsive, high-quality websites that align with our brand and business objectives.

– Create engaging graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials.

– Collaborate with the marketing team to design eye-catching visuals for promotional campaigns.

– Ensure consistency in design across all digital platforms and marketing materials.

– Optimize graphics and website designs for performance and usability.

– Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

– Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve user experience.

– Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

– 2+ years of professional experience in web and graphic design, preferred.

– Familiarity (not required) in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Sketch/Figma.

– Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.

– Solid understanding of design principles and best practices.

– Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.

– Strong portfolio showcasing web and graphic design projects.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Strong communication and time management skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with drag and drop web design builders, Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, GoHighLevel

Graphic design experience in Canva and preferred experience in Photoshop

– Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal).

– Familiarity with SEO best practices.
