NATO’s wargame plan amid the threat of direct conflict with Moscow has infuriated Russia. In a sharp reaction, Moscow dubbed the NATO drill in Finland “provocative.” Russia said that the NATO drills increase the risk of possible military incidents. Russia is closely observing the “aggressive actions” of the collective West. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that, beyond any doubt, all necessary measures to counter threats to the defence capability of Russia will be taken.
