This role involves close collaboration with our engineering team to ensure the highest standards of development.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Design and develop a high-performance dashboard as a microservice using Ruby on Rails and React.js.
2. Ensure seamless integration of the new microservice with the existing core application.
3. Collaborate with the engineering team to align the microservice development with the overall system architecture and company standards.
4. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
5. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

**Qualifications**:
