**Description:**
We are a real estate brokerage company developing a CRM system that integrates with a GoIP gateway. Our goal is to enable our agents to make calls from within the CRM system while masking client details. We’re seeking an experienced VoIP Integration Specialist to help us achieve this seamless integration.

**Responsibilities:**
– Integrate the GoIP device with our CRM system.
– Enable call masking to protect client contact details.
– Ensure secure communication between the CRM and the GoIP gateway.
– Collaborate with our Python programmer to implement the solution.

**Requirements:**
– Proficiency in Python (for CRM integration) and possibly JavaScript.
– Knowledge of VoIP protocols, SIP, and call routing.
– Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
– Experience with REST APIs and database synchronization.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
