**Project Overview:**
We have a large-scale IVR telephone project that handles a substantial volume of incoming calls daily. This project is essential to our business operations, and it is critical that it functions reliably and efficiently. The project is supported by a robust system infrastructure, including Kamailio server, MySQL, NFS, Redis, Mongo, Asterisk servers, and containers. Previous outsourcing attempts have not succeeded, prompting us to seek an internal solution.
Additionally, we are looking to develop a new product for schools to facilitate remote learning. This product will include multi-participant conference calls and other essential features to support virtual classrooms. We also aim to develop an IVR module for clients beyond our own needs, capable of handling various types of extensions. This role will involve routine maintenance and operational tasks as well.
**Your Role:**
As our integrator and developer, you will play a key role in revitalizing this critical project. Your responsibilities will include:
– **Rapid System Compilation:** Complete the compilation of our partially functioning system, ensuring smooth synchronization between Asterisk, MySQL, and NFS. You will work closely with our team to understand system requirements and specifications and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
– **Organized Code Management in Git:** Implement a rigorous approach to code organization within Git, ensuring future maintainability and scalability. This will involve creating a clear and consistent coding style and thoroughly documenting the code.
– **User-Friendly Web and API Interfaces:** Design and develop intuitive web client interfaces and APIs, accompanied by comprehensive documentation for ease of use and future enhancements. You will collaborate closely with our product team to understand user requirements and design interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
– **Exploration of Additional Services:** Upon the successful completion of the above tasks, we may explore the development of additional telephone and web-based services, leveraging your expertise and insights. This will involve working with our team to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions that meet our customers’ needs.
**Qualifications:**
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
– **Exceptional VOIP Development Skills:** Deep understanding of VOIP technologies and a proven track record of successful VOIP development projects. Experience with protocols such as SIP and RTP, as well as knowledge of VOIP security best practices.
– **Proficiency in Key Programming Languages (PHP, Java, C++):** Strong command of PHP, Java, and C++ programming languages, demonstrating a solid grasp of object-oriented programming principles. Experience in developing web frameworks, database management systems, and APIs.
– **Expertise in Voice, Network, Kamailio, MySQL, Mongo, Redis, Asterisk, PHP:** Comprehensive understanding of these technologies and their application within our project. Experience with Asterisk configuration, MySQL database management, and Redis caching.
– **Minimum Two Years of Relevant Development Experience:** Proven track record of success in similar development projects. Experience working in a team environment, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results.
