He acknowledged that fear initially kept some parents from sending children to school but insisted calm has now returned. Cabello strongly condemned the U.S. operation, calling it a “total outburst” and stating that the number of victims exceeds 100. He said the scale of explosions has complicated efforts to identify all the dead, with forensic teams still working to recover remains.
