– wireframe designs (desktop & mobile)
– brand designs (finishing now)
– current site (will be replaced with new design)

Deliverables:

– full high fidelity designs (desktop & mobile) based on the wireframes that will be shared during interviews
– designs need to have some animation/motion to it: for example see these sites https://www.monks.com, https://www.jellyfish.com/en-us/, https://www.outreach.io/
– up to 2 – 3 revisions to the designs (includes feedback by the agency and the client)
– style guide for developers
– assets for site (imagery) and any SVG graphics
– designs to be completed in figma

Additional Requirements

– must be able to start immediately (late July)
– must be able to remotely attend all meetings with client and us
– must be able to respond quickly to emails (client and agency work 9:00am – 5:00pm EST)
– must be fluent in English
– must have at minimum 3 years experience in the industry
– must have a portfolio to showcase
– designs must be completed and signed off by the client by August 23rd 2024. This means initial designs must be delivered by August 12th for review.

About Us

Small team based in Canada. We’ll be handling the development of the site and project management. Looking to work with a freelancer or similarly small agency.
