We are seeing a UX/UI designer to improve (or even revamp) the user experience of our charter bus booking platform. Our platform aims to provide a seamless and intuitive DIY experience for users looking to book charter bus services.

Details and responsibilities:
We have done user interviews and gathered feed data about the platform.
you will leverage the data to conduct research on user needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform design decisions.
Develop detailed user personas and define "Jobs to be Done" to guide the UX/UI design process.
Create user journey maps and wireframes to visualize the user experience flow.
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate with product managers to iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results.
Ensure designs adhere to best practices in usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
The product managers will clarify and respond to any questions that may come up

Requirements:
Proven experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Expertise in user research techniques, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Proficient with Figma
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
