Responsibilities:

Design Conceptualization:
– Collaborate with our team to generate innovative design concepts and solutions.

UI/UX Design:
– Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that prioritize ease of use for medical professionals.
– Design high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes aligned with our brand guidelines.

Usability Testing:
– Plan and conduct usability testing sessions on design prototypes to gather feedback from users.
– Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.

Collaboration and Communication:
– Work closely with our development team to ensure the feasibility of design implementations.
– Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to our team and stakeholders.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful redesign projects.
– Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
– Previous experience working on medical or healthcare-related projects is a plus.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams.
