We are seeking an experienced UX/UI consultant to help us update, redesign, and improve our existing SaaS web-based platform, which is currently hosted and developed within a no-code environment called Bubble.io. This project will be divided into multiple phases to ensure a thorough and effective approach to enhancing our platform.

Phase 1: User Experience (UX) Review and Wireframing

1. Platform Review:
– Conduct a comprehensive end-to-end review of our existing web-based platform (circa 20 pages/flows).
– Identify areas for improvement based on industry best practices in UX design.

2. User Experience Analysis:
– Work closely with us to understand our next development requirements and use cases.
– Ensure new features and changes are factored into the UX analysis.

3. Wireframes and Mock-ups:
– Create wireframes, mock-ups, and low-fidelity designs that address identified issues and incorporate new features.
– Develop user flows to illustrate how users will navigate through the platform.

Phase 2: User Interface (UI) Design

1. High-Fidelity Prototypes:
– Transform wireframes and mock-ups into high-quality, visually appealing prototypes using Figma.
– Ensure designs are ready to be showcased to stakeholders and handed over to developers.

2. Interactive Designs:
– Provide interactive wireframes that clearly demonstrate user flows and functionality.
– Ensure that the designs adhere to best practices in UI design, providing a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Phase 3: Mobile and Tablet Optimization

1. Responsive Design:
– Develop mobile and tablet-friendly versions of the platform.
– Analyse and recommend how the product can be made dynamic across different devices.
– Determine if certain features should be limited on mobile devices or if the full experience can be delivered.

2. Mobile UX/UI:
– Ensure that the user experience on mobile and tablet devices is optimised and consistent with the web platform.
– Create corresponding wireframes and designs for mobile and tablet versions in Figma.

Required Skills and Experience:

– Proven experience in UX and UI design, particularly for SaaS platforms.
– Proficiency in using design tools such as Figma for creating high-fidelity prototypes.
– Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
– Experience with responsive design and optimising user interfaces for various devices.
– Familiarity with Bubble.io or other no-code development environments is a plus.
– Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively and understand project requirements.
