Design and build of UI/UX prototype to iterate or replace the existing app to drive towards;
• best practice
• radically improved customer experience
• smooth efficient customer journeys for common tasks

Our provider should suggest app user interface and user experience with a view to vastly improving the user experience and utility of the app, and significantly multiplying the penetration into our base, and retention of users.

This should focus on reducing friction, aligning to best practices in UX design, serving as a visual reference for future iterations of the app, and could be considered a guideline for [Client] to build upon.
