Look for a Designer to first establish a visual brand language and then convey it throughout of web and mobile properties.  Must be comfortable with mobile screens and responsive Web sites.  You will be tasked with converting rough wireframes to static, sliceable UI rendering.

The following skills would be great:
• Design systems & style guides
• UX design flows
• Interaction Design
• Adaptive access
• Static Marketing elements (Landing pages, banner ads)

Additional skills that would be welcomed:
• Pitch-deck presentations
• Dynamic Marketing elements (video shorts, dynamic ads)
• Illustrations
• Social Media Support

Step one – Brand identification
Step two – Website screens & elements
Step three – Mobile app screens & elements
Step Four – Then ongoing elements
