We are looking for a skilled User Experience Expert with Physical Product Experience preferrably in the medical niche to optimize the post-purchase user experience of our medical device. Your primary objectives will be to enhance onboarding, activation, Net Promoter Score (NPS), decrease refund rates, increase the percentage of customers providing testimonials, and improve referral rates.

Responsibilities:
-Conduct comprehensive audits of our current post-purchase user experience processes.
-Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance onboarding, activation, and overall user satisfaction.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and customer support to implement UX improvements.
-Utilize user research, surveys, and feedback analysis to inform UX decisions.
-Continuously monitor and analyze metrics related to NPS, refund rates, testimonials, and referral rates to measure the effectiveness of UX enhancements.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design and apply them to our products.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably with a focus on physical products/devices in the medical niche.
-Proven track record of optimizing post-purchase user experiences and driving measurable improvements in key metrics.
-Strong understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices.
-Proficiency in UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
-Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed UX decisions.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
-Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
