I want to build a marketplace of buyers and sellers for used sports equipment. Similar to facebook marketplace.

Both members could make an account and either sell or buy items.

Seller could make their own listing and post it for approval by admin.

Buyers could make an offer or purchase and item.

Once an item is purchased, the money is pending in the sellers account until the buyer receives it. They can print a shipping label and send it to the user.

The seller can then cashout their balance to venmo or bank account.
