We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled developer to join our team and lead the upgrading of our draft Bubble social impact app, focused on making it easier for people to do good in the world. In addition to app improvements, the selected candidate will also be responsible for publishing it to the Apple Store and Google Play. Our main goals are to improve the app’s UI/UX, fix any bugs, and ensure all integrations, such as Stripe, are functioning properly.

This initial phase of work is budgeted between $2,000 – $5,000. After that, depending on performance and availability, our goal is to continue working with the developer as the startup grows.

We are looking for someone to play a crucial role in implementing design changes, enhancing user experience, and optimizing the overall functionality of the app. You would be collaborating closely with our small, but experienced startup team to ensure the app not only looks great but also delivers a smooth and intuitive experience.

Although we already have a draft app and Figma designs, we are very open to feedback and suggestions for UI/UX improvements. Additionally, your knowledge of app publishing will be key in ensuring a successful launch on both the Apple Store and Google Play.

Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with our co-founders to implement UI/UX design changes
– Optimize the app’s functionality to deliver a seamless user experience
– Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any bugs or issues
– Ensure integrations are working properly
– Work closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of milestones

Skills Required:
– Proven experience in Bubble development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your previous projects
– Solid understanding of mobile app development, including both iOS and Android platforms
– Expertise in UI/UX design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and intuitive interfaces
– In-depth knowledge of app publishing processes for both the Apple Store and Google Play
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
