We are seeking an experienced WordPress developer with expertise in Elementor to update two specific Elementor page builder elements from the Tennis Club Sports Events WordPress theme. Currently, this element displays image elements that link to content within the site. We need to modify this section to enable custom URLs for linking to any website, enhance customization options for text and images, and ensure that hover text is also customizable directly within the Elementor editor.

Scope of Work:
1. Enable Custom URLs:
o Update the Elementor page builder element provided by the Tennis Club Sports Events theme to support custom URLs. This will allow the image elements to link to any external or internal website. The functionality should be configurable within the Elementor editor.
2. Text and Image Customization:
o Implement options within the Elementor element editor to customize the text overlaying the images. Users should be able to modify the main text directly from the editor.
o Provide functionality to change the images associated with each element through the Elementor editor. Ensure that users can easily upload or select images.
3. Customizable Hover Text:
o Add functionality to customize the text that appears on hover over the image elements. Users should be able to set and edit hover text directly within the Elementor editor, making it easy to update without needing to modify code.
4. Adjustable Number of Elements:
o Add configuration options to the Elementor element editor to control the number of elements displayed. Users should be able to add or remove elements as needed directly from the editor. Each element should be directly customizable.
5. Backend Management:
o Ensure that these updates are fully integrated into the Elementor page builder, providing an intuitive and user-friendly interface for managing these options without needing to modify code directly.
6. Testing and Quality Assurance:
o Test the updated Elementor element to ensure it functions correctly with custom URLs, text, images, hover text, and varying numbers of elements.

Requirements:
