Key Responsibilities:

– Create and import 3D models optimized for use in Unity.
– Create and apply textures and materials to new or pre-existing assets. Experience writing or customizing shaders is a plus, but may not be necessary.
– Design and implement animations for the central car assembly visualization. Experience with rigging or skinning is a plus, but may not be necessary.
– Compose and implement compelling environments inside of Unity scenes to be used as backdrops to the central car. This may include dynamic animated elements, as well as simple post-processing or particle VFX.
– Use Unity’s Timeline and Cinemachine tools to sequence all components into a cohesive animated scene.
– Create initial prototypes or storyboards to visualize and communicate design and animation concepts.
– Work closely with the development team to ensure that artistic elements are integrated into the technical framework.
– Work closely with other designers to ensure that artistic elements align with the overall art direction, and iterate based on feedback.

Bonus:
– Experience with version control software such as Git.
– Experience with JIRA or similar Task Management tools.

Hourly Range: $38.00-$43.00
