✅ Responsibilities:

Respond quickly to requests from the team in direct contact with our customers.
Effectively identify and resolve bugs on Zoho CRM, Zoho FLOW, Zoho FORMS, Zoho BOOKINGS, and Zoho INVOICE.
Research and adapt innovative solutions to meet specific project requirements.
Develop and maintain scripts and applications in Zoho DELUGE, JavaScript, PHP, and Python.
Thoroughly document your work to ensure a smooth transition and continuity.

✅ Essential Qualifications:

Proficient in Zoho DELUGE, JavaScript, PHP, and Python.
Exceptional rigor in work, with a strong ability to document concisely and precisely.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fully remote environment.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French is a plus.
