### Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented individual who combines the expertise of a UI/UX Designer with the creative flair of a Graphic Designer. This dual role will be responsible for designing user-centered digital interfaces and creating visually stunning graphics that communicate our brand’s vision. The ideal candidate is passionate about holistic wellness, has a keen eye for design, and possesses a versatile skill set in both digital and graphic design.

### Key Responsibilities:
– Design and iterate on UI/UX for our websites and digital platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly, accessible, and optimized for conversions.
– Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
– Develop cohesive visual identities for our brand and sub-brands, including logos, color schemes, and typography guidelines.
– Create graphic design elements for online and offline marketing materials, such as social media graphics, brochures, and advertisements.
– Collaborate with web developers to ensure the seamless implementation of UI designs.
– Perform accessibility audits and ensure all designs meet web standards and accessibility guidelines.
– Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion.

### Qualifications:
– Proven experience in both UI/UX design and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a breadth of work.
– Proficiency in design tools such as Figma for UI/UX design and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design.
– Solid understanding of WebFlow and Shopify platforms, with the ability to design for e-commerce and web applications.
– Knowledge of responsive design, web development basics (HTML/CSS), and accessibility standards.
– Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
– Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively, and to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly.
– Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets.

### Compensation:
– The selected candidate will be compensated with an equity percentage in the WePrana company, shared among all hired freelancers. This equity vests over four years with a one-year cliff period, aligning long-term interests with the ecosystem’s success.

Hourly Range: $17.00-$40.00
