Individuals can directly impact 72% of Green House Gas emissions (changing consumer behavior will drive businesses, banks, and governments to take sustainability seriously). Luckily there is a growing desire for change in the population, but most don’t know where to start. That’s where we come in.

We want to empower people and so, we are starting with simple changes that they can make in their homes.

The right UI/UX (Responsive Webapp) will be key to engaging our customers. We want someone who has experience and strong skills designing clean, modern, minimalist, responsive webapps that:
     (1) users enjoy engaging with
     (2) have a fun or cool factor, and
     (3) have design elements that pop off the screen or are memorable.

***We have the contents for each page and wireframes worked out.***

***We have worked with Gamification experts to include some basic gamification concepts.***  

What we need is a talented designer to develop a compelling UI, skin the pages, and incorporate the gamification in delightful ways.

In addition to the standard pages (sign up, profile, etc) our Webapp includes:

–      a DIY home-audit (think a survey). Each page’s content has already been decided
–      a Dashboard page that provides visualization of users’ electricity consumption data (for example), potential savings, etc. (content has been decided)
–      a Sitemap-type page (better designed!) that shows the user the different pages we need them to interact with (different sections of the audit, reports / recommendations, actions they can take for each section, etc). The content has been decided.
–      a digital product discovery / shortlisting experience (a better, more simplified subset of the e-commerce experience). The content has been decided.

The primary users of this Webapp will be white-collar employees of large corporates (all ages).

THE RIGHT DESIGN PARTNER:
     – Is someone who has experience and strong skills designing clean, modern, minimalist, responsive webapps that users enjoy engaging with / have a fun or cool factor / and have design elements that pop off the screen or are memorable.
     – Can communicate effectively (over calls and in documentation)
     – Documents their thinking before embarking on design
     – Explains their decisions (based on psychology / proven engagement models)

Our company is trying to achieve something audacious… we want a bold thinker (who’s grounded in sound fundamentals).

DELIVERABLES:
     – Design the screens (Figma or other clear format)
     – Documentation of design elements that will not show up in wireframes / mock-ups
     – Documentation that give a developer clear instructions
