We are creating an AI powered contact form which aims to resolve a customer’s question/request before they send their email. They must enter their initial question into the form, then it will show them the potential answer to their query and if they still want to send an email there is a further button to click to send email with query and it will ask them for their information.

A similar system is https://www.perplexity.ai where it asks the user to enter their query and will give them a reply and more options, which is what our basic mockup is based on.

The design should be clean and professional and look liike a contact form to the user. Final files should be delivered in Figma
