Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for website and application user interfaces
– Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop user journey maps
– Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
– Conduct usability testing and gather feedback
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role
– Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
– Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
