We are an innovative Ed-Tech non-profit organization based in Australia, seeking a talented UI/UX Designer who is proficient in Figma. This role is not just about adapting existing designs; you will be at the forefront of creating new designs for upcoming features and products. Your exceptional communication skills in English and your ability to understand technological constraints will be key in transforming ideas into visually appealing and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and refine UI/UX for both existing and new web, tablet, and mobile platforms using Figma.
• Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure designs are feasible across various devices and screen sizes.
• Understand and design within the constraints of technology to maintain UI integrity.
• Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for new features and products.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the design process.
• Participate in design reviews, incorporating feedback to iterate on designs.
• Conduct Figma audits to ensure design consistency across all pages and adherence to industry standards.
• Organize Figma files and assets to maintain a clean, accessible workspace that aligns with industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UI/UX design, particularly with Figma.
• Experience in creating responsive designs and developing new designs for various digital products.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability to work from 9am – 3pm GMT+7, Monday through Friday.
• A deep understanding of how design choices translate in a technical environment.
• Expertise in organizing and auditing Figma projects to ensure style consistency and high-quality design outputs.
• Familiarity with the latest Figma features and plugins to enhance design workflows and productivity.
