Job Description:
We are a fast-growing SaaS company seeking an experienced UI/UX designer to lead the redesign of our cloud-based project management platform. The goal is to create a modern, intuitive, and user-friendly interface that enhances customer experience and drives business growth.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
– Design a new UI/UX for the platform’s dashboard, project management features, and user settings
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
– Collaborate with our development team to ensure seamless implementation of the design
– Develop a design system and style guide for future development and maintenance
– Ensure responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
– Work closely with our product team to integrate design with product roadmap

Requirements:
– 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for SaaS or software products
– Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS or software design projects
– Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
– Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and human-centered design approach
– Experience with user research and testing methodologies
– Strong communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
– Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus
