We are looking for a talented UI/UX designer to work on various ongoing projects, including landing pages, marketing websites, web apps, and mobile apps. You will be responsible for creating graphics and designs that align with the provided branding identities. Your designs should be:
1) Visually appealing
2) Responsive
3) Consistent
4) User-friendly
5) Prepared for a Tailwind CSS build using redlining and/or callouts

We expect that you:
– Will deliver all work in Figma files owned by us using best practices (such as organization, components, variables/ styles).
– Will communicate consistently in English that is fluent or better.
– Will bill manual time for flat-rate projects or use Upwork’s time tracker for per-hour projects.
– Are willing to revise designs based on received feedback.

The successful applicant will start on a landing page for a SaaS product called LeagueLinker. You’re much more likely to be hired if you include "LeagueLinker" at the beginning of your proposal. LeagueLinker will be a Sports Management Platform that helps sports organizations by simplifying:
1) Registration logistics and payments.
2) Communication between coaches and players/ parents.
3) Website creation and management.
